Hello, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The reservation on the website was for a room with a jacuzzi, including the photo you attached. The room you booked did not have a jacuzzi, but only a hot tub. This is not the same thing, and I would be happy to receive compensation. I would appreciate your consideration

All in all, the hotel was excellent, but the window in the room was not sealed, and since it rained a lot of water came in and the floor was wet. Unfortunately, this did not allow us to enjoy the room in the best possible manner

The staff are very friendly and the receptionists are very accommodating, clean and new rooms are a winning location, a little trouble finding parking but that's the way it is in every cell ... Overall we enjoyed it and there is no doubt that we will return again and again for a great price.
